Edward Gardner

Edward Gardner is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in dietary consulting and dining services management. Currently serving as a Regional Dietary Consultant at OnTray since February 2024, Edward previously held the role of Director of Culinary at Clarendale Six Corners and Director of Dining Services at Cura. Other notable positions include Assistant Director of Dining Services at A'viands and Chef Instructor at both Le Cordon Bleu College and The Chopping Block. Edward's earlier experience includes leadership roles as Executive Sous Chef at Conway Farms Golf Club and Chicago Firehouse, and founding Gourmet Soiree, Inc., where culinary instruction was provided.
