Mark Bovy

Mark Bovy has extensive experience in healthcare policy and purchasing, particularly in secondary and medical specialist care. Mark worked as a Beleidsmedewerker Zorg at ONVZ Zorgverzekeraar from March 2012 to August 2016, focusing on care policy and procurement. Subsequently, Mark held multiple roles at ONVZ from September 2016 to March 2018, including Inkoopadviseur Medisch specialistische zorg and Accountmanager Zorg, before advancing to the role of Expertise Lead Zorg, overseeing the MSZ purchasing and policy team. Prior to this, Mark served as a Beleidsmedewerker at the Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit from November 2007 to February 2012, addressing financing and tariff issues in medical specialist care, ambulance care, and primary care. Mark holds a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Competition and Regulation from Tilburg University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution, and completed VWO at St. Willibrord Gymnasium.
