Previously, they held leadership roles at MAG Airports Group, Iceland Foods, Littlewoods Shop Direct Group, RSA, and Yodel, where they managed large teams and delivered impactful business results. Simon holds degrees in Geography from The University of Sheffield and Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia.
