Hong D.

Hong D. has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Innovation and Performance Program Manager and X-Digi Programme Manager at Shell since June 2010, while also holding previous roles in finance management for North America Exploration and Latin America. In addition, Hong D. co-founded Studio X in January 2020, an open innovation studio powered by Shell that focuses on developing technological solutions and resources to enhance exploration processes. Hong D. holds an MBA from Cardean University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston.
