Rob Webb

Rob Webb has over 30 years of experience in the financial and healthcare industries. Rob began their career as an intern at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) in 1990 and then worked as a manager at Arthur Andersen from 1991 to 1997. In 1997, they enrolled in the MBA program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. After graduation, they worked as a vice president at Equity Group Investments from 1998 to 2000 and then as a partner at One Equity Partners from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, they joined UnitedHealth Group as president of UnitedHealth Group Ventures, a position they held for 19 years until their appointment as CEO of Onward Financing in 2021.

Rob Webb has a MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management with a focus in finance and strategy. Rob also holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota. Rob Webb's educational career began at Edgewood High School where they completed their general studies.
