Maria Velankanni

Maria Velankanni has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Maria began their career at Aegis Limited as a Business Development and Team Leader Operations. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Talent Logic Inc. as a Business Development Manager and Recruiter. Maria then moved on to ME4U Solutions India Pvt Ltd as Manager of Operations. In 2016, they joined Indus Group Inc as a Technical Recruiter and Bench Sales. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Accelerize 360 as a Salesforce Talent Hiring Manager and IT Recruiter. Currently, Maria is a Senior Manager of Consulting Services and Talent Acquisition Manager at Onwardpath, where they create and executes recruitment strategies, manages relationships with candidates, and grows existing networks.

Maria Velankanni has a diverse educational background. Maria completed their Secondary School Certification (SSC) from St. Philomena Girls High School between 1986 and 1995. Maria then obtained a TTC Diploma from Froebel's Institute in 1999-2000. In 2020, they earned a Ranger badge from Trailhead by Salesforce. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications such as the Hirist Tech Recruiter Certification from hirist.com in November 2020, the Learning LinkedIn Recruiter Course Certificate from LinkedIn Learning in May 2020, the Talent Sourcing - HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2020, and the Talent Sourcing Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in May 2020.
