Grace Barber

Grace Barber is a knowledgeable Customer Experience Insights Specialist at onXmaps, Inc., with a progression of roles within the company since August 2020, including Customer Experience Specialist II and III. In addition to extensive experience in customer support, Grace has a strong background in environmental education and research, having served as a Science Education Specialist at the Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission and as a Seasonal Environmental Educator at Harvard Forest. Grace's expertise in developing educational programming is complemented by hands-on research experience in various roles, such as Research Technician, where responsibilities included ecological sampling and specimen management. An accomplished artist and illustrator, Grace also maintains a freelance presence and has an academic foundation in biology and environmental conservation from Bard College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
