Ross M.

Ross M. has a diverse work experience, starting as a Part-Time Lean Consultant at Taktx Lean Consulting in 2012, where they assisted in implementing Lean processes and motivating employees to adopt continuous improvement methods. Ross then worked as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 2013 to 2015, where they managed trading activity and collaborated with internal team members to enhance the client experience. In 2015, Ross joined DevMountain Student Developers as an iOS Developer, participating in a 12-week immersive boot camp and developing iOS apps using objective-c and swift. Ross also co-founded Weekend Concept, LLC in 2015, where they served as a Cofounder, iOS Developer, and Product Manager, building mobile applications. From 2016 to 2017, Ross worked as a Ski Instructor at Vail Resorts, providing customer service and ski instruction to guests. Ross then joined the Ragnar Relay Series in 2016, initially as a Product Manager, and later as the Director of Product Management & Engineering, overseeing the development of products. Ross joined Medifast, Inc as a Group Product Manager in 2020, responsible for digital products, before moving to Addepar in 2021 as a Sr. Lead in Product Management. Currently, Ross is working as a Senior Product Manager at onXmaps, Inc.

Ross M. attended Westminster University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, General. In addition to their formal education, Ross has also obtained several certifications. In 2011, they obtained the PADI Open Water Diver certification, and they also received the Avalanche Level 1 Certification from Wasatch Touring in the same year. In 2016, Ross obtained the Level 1 Professional Ski Instructor certification from PSIA - AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America - American Association of Snowboard Instructors. Prior to their university education, Ross also obtained the Swift Water Rescue certification from Pocono Whitewater and Wilderness Tours in 2006. Ross has also received CPR/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are unknown.
