Will Sladek

Will Sladek is the current General Manager of Backcountry at onxMaps. Prior to this, they served as a Strategy and Operations Consultant from May 2020 to May 2021. Will was also the SVP Strategy at Backcountry.com from January 2012 to April 2020. Will began their career as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from September 2008 to December 2011.

Will Sladek attended Caltech, where they studied mathematics.

Will Sladek reports to Laura Orvidas, CEO. They work with Chris Sledz - VP, Business & Corporate Development, Clifford Cancelosi - General Manager, Hunt, and Owen Samuels - VP, Engineering.
