Will Sladek is the current General Manager of Backcountry at onxMaps. Prior to this, they served as a Strategy and Operations Consultant from May 2020 to May 2021. Will was also the SVP Strategy at Backcountry.com from January 2012 to April 2020. Will began their career as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from September 2008 to December 2011.
