Bethany Libenson

Bethany Libenson is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. Currently serving as Director of Construction and Senior Project Manager at Onyx Equities since September 2017, Bethany oversees tenant space and base building improvements for Bergen County assets. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Claims Specialist for The Louis Berger Group, providing analysis for the World Trade Center Redevelopment Program, and consulting for Strategy, LLC, focusing on construction-related claims. Additionally, Bethany worked as a Project Coordinator at Carter & Burgess, Inc./Jacobs Engineering, facilitating the buildout of L’Oreal’s Corporate Headquarters, and held previous positions at Beacon Properties and Beacon Construction Co. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Duke University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from Stanford University.
