Onyx Rising helps organizations and individuals turn disruption into decisive action. Founded by Irma Neal and Kelli Lester, we bring 35+ years of executive, government, and consulting leadership to two flagship programs that build resilient, financially empowered teams.
Money Matters: Image vs. Reality® — our federally registered financial literacy curriculum — helps individuals close the gap between how they appear to manage money and how they actually do, driving measurably stronger financial confidence and reduced financial stress across five progressive sessions: Visioning, Budgeting, Credit, Maintain, and Wealth Building.
Leading in Chaos, built on our proprietary C.H.A.O.S. Framework, equips leaders to navigate disruption with clarity and turn uncertainty into opportunity.
Onyx Rising is an MWBE-certified consulting firm based in Indianapolis. Ready to move your organization or team from surviving to thriving? Visit www.onyx2rise.com.
