Eric Jefferson

Eric Jefferson has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Eric started their career as the Principal of Jefferson-Dalton Custom Homes from 1997 to 2000. Eric then worked as a New Home Consultant at Dura Builders from 2000 to 2003 and at J. Greg Allen/Princeton Homes from 2003 to 2005. Afterward, Eric became a Real Estate Broker at Kosene and Kosene Residential from 2005 to 2008, where they launched the Brokerage Division. Eric then joined The Residences at Coconut Point/Kosene and Kosene as the Project Manager/Director of Sales and Marketing from 2007 to 2012, overseeing operations in marketing, sales, leasing, construction, and warranty. Subsequently, they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Brookdale's Robin Run Village from 2012 to 2016, responsible for sales, marketing, and unit renovation. Most recently, Eric has been Director of Sales and Director of Sales and Marketing at Onyx+East since 2016.

Eric Jefferson attended Taylor University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
