Julia Parente

Julia Parente has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Julia currently works as an Enterprise Account Executive at Onze since September 2021. Prior to this, Julia worked at Itaú Unibanco as a Previdência Especialist, managing a Private Pension Plan for 26 economic groups. Julia was responsible for monitoring the product's performance, studying scenarios, and conducting employee presentations. Julia worked at Itaú Unibanco from October 2017 to August 2021.

Before their role at Itaú Unibanco, they served as a Gerente de Folhas e Consignado at Banco Itaú from March 2013 to September 2017. Julia'sresponsibilities included prospecting and maintaining new payroll clients and promoting the implementation of the bank's products, particularly the Consigned Credit. Julia successfully obtained 290 new payroll clients during their tenure.

Prior to Banco Itaú, Julia worked at Banco Morada as a Gerente Operacional from November 2006 to August 2011. Julia managed various operations including BackOffice, Fraud Prevention, and Control, achieving a 400% growth in the bank's product. Julia actively participated in opening major agreements with public organizations, designing operational flow, and training impacted teams.

Julia'scareer began at Banco Arbi, where they worked as an Analista de Crédito from July 2003 to November 2006. Julia was involved in the implementation of the bank's new product, the Consigned Credit, coordinating a BackOffice team and collaborating with the IT and Products teams for systematic improvements.

Julia Parente completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration at PUC from 2001 to 2006.
