OOCCA aim is to redefine how luxury hospitality and co-living spaces are furnished—sustainably, flexibly, and beautifully.

We offer a tailored subscription-based furniture rental model that reduces upfront investment while giving clients the freedom to refresh their spaces over time. We focus on European-made, high-quality pieces sourced from suppliers meeting at least four of our sustainability criteria. Our commitment to the circular economy ensures that all furniture is designed for longevity, refurbishment, and reuse—minimizing waste and maximizing value.

Our full-service approach includes design support, procurement, delivery, setup, repairs, and refurbishment at the end of each subscription cycle. We work hand-in-hand with your chosen interior architecture studio, allowing them to fully customize the space—curating furniture, finishes, and equipment aligned with your brand’s vision. Once approved, we handle the rest with precision and care.
