Dr. Florian Wolf is the Founder and CEO of Mergeflow and serves as an OODA Network Expert at OODA LLC. With expertise as a Machine Learning Specialist for institutional hedge fund investors, Dr. Wolf also has academic experience as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Cambridge and as a Research Assistant at Lincoln Laboratory.
