Christina Killarney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail customer service and sales analysis. Currently serving as Sr. Retail CS Lead at OOFOS since July 2017, Christina excels in managing workflow with third-party logistics, generating sales reports, and providing team training. Previous roles at OOFOS include Sales Analyst and Customer Service Lead, where Christina utilized Netsuite for reporting and order management, significantly enhancing the EDI customer experience. Prior to joining OOFOS, Christina worked as a Bid Specialist at AliMed, conducting product research and managing bid contracts, and held customer service positions at Phillips Feed & Pet Supply and Super Dog Pet Food, consistently achieving sales quotas. Christina's career began at Monarch Stainless as Operations Manager, overseeing account management and logistics.
