Artem Koltsov

Artem Koltsov has held various software development positions in different companies since 1997. Artem'smost recent position is a Software Architect with Ookla since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Software Solutions with FES – Further Enterprise Solutions from 2014 to 2019, a Senior Software Developer with HP Enterprise Security from 2012 to 2014, and a Software Developer on a contract basis with FES from 2011 to 2012. Koltsov also had experience as an Associate Commodities Developer with Morgan Stanley (2007-2011), a Senior Java Developer with UBS Investment Bank (2006-2007) on a consultant role with Sapient, a Programmer Analyst with Sprint Nextel, Inc. (2006), a Senior Software Developer with Triple Point Technology for a short period in 2006, and various software development roles with Wireless Facilities Inc. from 1997 to 2006.

Artem Koltsov received their MS in Software Engineering from Kharkov State University of Radio Electronics in 1994. From 1994 to 1996, they pursued a PhD in Computer Science at the same university.
