Joe Constantine is an experienced executive in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Ookla and a Board Member at 5GAmericas, along with holding the position of EVP, Chief Strategy & Technology Officer for Ericsson North America since May 2024. Previously, Joe served as the Group Chief Technology & Strategy Officer and Head of Global Services at JMA Wireless and spent over two decades at Ericsson in various leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer.
