Elle Monteleone

Elle (Elif) Monteleone is a strategic program delivery leader with over 20 years of experience in innovation, strategy, and transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Program Management & Delivery at Oolio, Elle drives business transformation and change management initiatives. Previously, Elle held various roles at ANZ, including Program Manager and Initiative Lead, where they managed significant divestment projects. Elle also contributed to HR functions at NAB and AGL and earned an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
