Jonathan Knox

Jonathan Knox has extensive experience in hospitality and operations management, having held various positions across multiple reputable organizations. Notably, roles include Manager of Corporate Hospitality at Lemongrass Productions Ltd, Assistant Manager and Licensee at Merivale, and Group IT Systems Coordinator at Australian Cafe Group, overseeing around 70 venues. Jonathan has also served as Director and POS Specialist at Gaston Technologies and currently holds the position of Head of Operations for New Zealand at both Bepoz and Oolio.
