Rotem Ganot has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, Rotem worked with the IDF as part of the havatzalot elite program, focusing on strategic planning, intelligence, and analysis until 2014. Following that, Rotem worked as a freelance UX, Graphic Designer, and Illustrator from December 2014 to December 2015. Rotem then joined Epistema Analytics in November 2015, initially as a Head Analyst and later transitioned into a Customer Success role, staying with the company until August 2018. Rotem then worked at Carambola as a VP of Customer Success from July 2018 to May 2019. Currently, Rotem holds the position of VP of Customer Success at oolo, starting in May 2019.

Rotem Ganot's education history began in 2005 when they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and History of the Middle East at the University of Haifa. This educational journey lasted until 2008. In 2009, Rotem attended the Minshar art school, focusing on the field of Illustration for a year.
