Neel Deshpande, CIA, CISA, is the Senior IT Compliance Manager at Ooma, where they manage IT compliance and information security certification activities while overseeing integrated internal audit programs. Neel specializes in Internal Audit consulting, SOX implementation, risk compliance, IT auditing, and systems implementation, with extensive experience in designing internal controls over financial reporting. Prior to Ooma, Neel developed a robust career at KPMG LLP, consulting for companies across diverse industries, and has held various positions that demonstrate leadership in accounting and data analysis. Neel holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton, graduating Cum Laude, and is actively involved as Vice President of Memberships for the IIA Orange County Chapter.
