Raha Tehrani

Raha Tehrani has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Tier 2 Technical Support member of the Success Team at Ooma, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this, Raha was the Owner and Team Manager of Fanoos, a virtual office provider specializing in VOIP services for small to medium businesses, from July 2013 to January 2019. Earlier roles include VOIP and Network Expert at the Telecommunication Infrastructure Company of Iran, where responsibilities encompassed optimizing VOIP transmission and international traffic routing, and Managing Director and VOIP Engineer at Rayatech, where management and VAS group oversight were key duties. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Security of Telecommunication from Iran University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shahed University.
