Simon Hung

Simon Hung has worked in the engineering field since 2010. Simon'sfirst role was as a Hardware Engineer at Avision Inc., where they designed CCD scanners with step motor. In 2013, they moved to HTC Vive as a Senior Hardware Engineer, where they worked on VR product and solution, including IMU/Bending senor/Haptic sensor/Touch sensor. In 2018, they joined imec as a Senior R&D Engineer. Currently, they are working as a Principal Engineer at Oomii.

Simon Hung attended Chung Yuan Christian University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering. Simon then continued their studies at the same university from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering.
