Christian Ledermann has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Christian started their career at Bechtle as a System Analyst in 1997 and worked there until 2003. Christian then joined Sternverteiler as a System Analyst from 2003 to 2005.

In 2005, Christian joined UNEP as an IT Specialist/Associate Technical Officer. In this role, they were responsible for the installation and administration of Linux web and development servers, mail and mail list servers, and the migration of legacy content into the CMS Plone. Christian worked at UNEP until 2008.

From 2008 to 2010, Christian worked at UN DESA as an Expert Developer (Zope) for the Bungeni Portal.

In 2010, Christian joined South East Asia START Regional Center and UNEP as an IT Consultant and Consultant respectively. Christian worked in these roles until 2014, providing IT expertise and support.

In 2014, Christian worked as a Programmer for Silicon Valley comes to the UK at SVC2UK. Christian was involved in developing an application that used LinkedIn and DueDil APIs to connect teachers with successful founders for school events.

From 2015 to 2020, Christian worked at PrimarySite Limited as a Sr. Django Programmer. Christian played a key role in building websites and providing school communication tools for primary schools in the UK.

In 2020, Christian joined Blueface, a Comcast Business Company, as a Back End Developer. Christian was responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of Python back end services.

Currently, since 2021, Christian is working at Oomnitza as a Sr. Software Engineer. Christian is involved in designing, building, and maintaining the backend systems of the company's technology platform.

Christian Ledermann completed an apprenticeship in Fachinformatiker - Anwendungsentwicklung at DCS - Dittrich Computer und Systeme from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1997, they attended the University of Düsseldorf, where they studied English literature and information science. Christian furthered their education at Fachhochschule Landshut from 1988 to 1993, focusing on Electrical Engineering. Christian Ledermann also studied Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich from 1984 to 1988. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Agile Software Development: Remote Teams and Tech Career Skills: Moving from Developer to Engineering Manager from LinkedIn in June 2021.
