Ebru Kaya

Ebru Kaya is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Atreyu Investments since October 2021 and Co-Founder and Partner at the Regenerative Investing Institute since May 2022, Ebru is instrumental in developing Regenerative Investing Theory and Practice. Additional roles include Non-Executive Director at Ooooby and a previous tenure as Chief Executive Officer at The Hatchery. Prior to these positions, Ebru held significant roles at RCL FOODS as Director of Strategy & Corporate Affairs and at Unilever, where responsibilities included Marketing Director for Central Africa and Business Group Accountant for North Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey. Ebru's educational background includes a BA in Economics from Boğaziçi University, an MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Warwick, and an ACMA qualification in Financial and Business Strategy from CIMA.
