Seb Mayfield has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In 2015, they were awarded a Winston Churchill Fellowship to travel to Canada to research food aid provision. In 2016, they co-founded the Independent Food Aid Network (IFAN) and founded QuidsIn, a 'tech for good' approach to building financial resilience for people on low incomes. In 2017, they founded the Winchester Food Partnership (WFP), a cross-sector partnership of organizations. In 2019, they were appointed Social Enterprise Specialist at Action Hampshire and Head of Commercial & Partnerships at Ooooby. In 2020, they became Co-Founder/Director of Ooooby Hampshire Ltd.
Seb Mayfield completed a Social Leadership Fellowship at Clore Social Leadership from 2015 to 2016. The field of study was Social Leadership.
