Joanne is a seasoned capital market professional with over 25 years of experience advising, directing, and managing publicly listed companies in North America, Europe, and China.

Between 1997 - 2016, Joanne has been a senior corporate executive as well as a director and committee chair to several publicly traded companies in Canada.

Ms. Yan’s areas of expertise include but are not limited to M&A, corporate/project financing, and joint venture operations.
