Michael Werner is an experienced procurement leader with a robust background in strategic sourcing and procurement management across various telecom organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Group Procurement at Ooredoo Group since January 2017, Michael previously held significant roles at Axiata Group Berhad, including Head of Group Procurement and VP of Group Procurement, where strategic initiatives across multiple countries were led. Michael’s extensive career also includes noteworthy positions at Vodafone Procurement Company, where responsibilities spanned from category management to global contract negotiations.
