Wietske Rowaan

Wietske Rowaan is a bestuurssecretaris at Oost NL and has extensive expertise in education and research policy, particularly in higher education. They have previously served as the bestandssecretaris at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and held various roles at Erasmus University Rotterdam, including policy manager for research and senior policy officer in education. Wietske has a strong focus on quality assurance and policy advice, alongside teaching academic communication and writing skills. They hold multiple degrees from Universiteit Utrecht, including a Master of Arts in Nederlandse taal en cultuur and Bachelor's degrees in Pedagogische Wetenschappen and Nederlandse taal en cultuur. Currently, Wietske is furthering their education in strategic higher education policy at NSOB.
