Andre Sader has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Andre is currently the Head of IT Business Applications & Asia Pacific at Plastic Omnium since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at ams OSRAM from September 2021 to June 2022. Andre also served as the Head of IT Asia Pacific at OSRAM Continental from September 2018 to September 2021. Andre started their career with Continental, where they participated in the Global Trainee Program from September 2016 to August 2018. Before that, they worked at Landesverkehrswacht Niedersachsen, first as an IT Consultant / Project Manager from April 2013 to July 2014 and then as an IT Consultant / Social Media Manager from July 2014 to September 2016. Andre also gained experience as a Consulting Intern at Metis Consultancy from March 2015 to March 2016 and as an IT Project Management Intern at Bosch from October 2012 to March 2013. Andre began their career as a Project Management Student Trainee at Landesverkehrswacht Niedersachsen from March 2009 to September 2012.

Andre Sader has a diverse education history. Andre pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Information Systems at Hochschule Hannover from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at Universitas Udayana, focusing on International Business Studies in South East Asia. In 2014, they completed another Study Abroad program in Project Management at QUT (Queensland University of Technology). During the same year, they also started their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Project Management at Curtin University, which they completed in 2016. In 2020, they attended the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, for the Executive Leadership Program. Andre also pursued a Mini MBA at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, in 2021, they studied Business Strategy and Financial Performance at INSEAD and completed a Digital Transformation program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
