Celine Chabrier

Celine Chabrier has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in roles concerning HR business partnership, talent development, and compensation and benefits management. Celine began as a Recruitment Consultant at Antéa Search, followed by HR Business Partner at Tata Consultancy Services and HRBP at Faurecia. Over the following years at Faurecia, Celine advanced through various positions, including Compensation and Benefits Manager and HR Director for the global Engineering Division. In October 2025, Celine took on the roles of HR Director for Finance Industrial Supply Chain functions and L&D Director for the Exterior & Lighting BG at OPmobility.
