Eric Ghenne

Eric Ghenne is an experienced intellectual property professional with a focus on patent law. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Physical Chemistry from Université libre de Bruxelles, Eric has held various significant roles, including European and Belgian Patent Attorney positions at DenkIP and OPmobility, where responsibilities included IP strategy alignment, team supervision, and IP portfolio development. Eric served as the Head of Patent Department at Office Kirkpatrick SA and was a Senior Manager at Deloitte, providing comprehensive IP counsel with a focus on fiscal optimization, R&D tax incentives, and patent prosecution. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Patent Prosecution Officer at AGC Glass Europe and a Research Project Manager at Coil Anodising, as well as being involved in the Arcelor Group as a Patent Counsel. Eric has further advanced knowledge through specialized training in patent litigation in Europe.
