Fernando Meneses is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently leading optimization efforts at Plasman since May 2023. Previously, as General Manager at GEIGER AUTOMOTIVE USA, Inc., Fernando guided the US team to achieve industry benchmarks. Fernando's career includes pivotal roles at TI Automotive, Plastic Omnium Auto Inergy Division, and Inergy Automotive Systems, focusing on operational improvements, P&L management, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
