Jan Baleja

Jan Baleja has extensive experience in the automotive manufacturing sector, currently serving as Plant Director at OPmobility since November 2021, after previously holding positions such as Production Manager for the Paint area. Prior experience includes various roles at Plastic Omnium from March 2011 to October 2021, where responsibilities spanned Production Manager positions in both Injection and Assembly, Manufacturing Project Manager, and Paint Process Engineer Team Leader. Earlier roles include Technologist junior at NAFTA a.s. and Paint quality responsible at Plastic Omnium. Jan Baleja holds an Engineer’s Degree in chemical engineering and processes control and a Bachelor’s Degree in chemical technology with a focus on organic chemistry, both from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave.
