Michael Joan is an accomplished IT and project management professional with extensive experience in leading digital transformation and managing complex programs within the engineering and innovation sectors. Currently serving as IS Application Leader for Programs, Engineering & Innovation at OPmobility, Michael previously held the position of IT Program Manager at LENNOX EMEA and was a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at GE Energy Connections, where responsibilities included PLM project management and budget oversight. With a strong background in CAD and project coordination, Michael has successfully implemented various engineering and design projects across multiple companies, including Alstom Grid S.A. and SN TRANSFIX. Holding a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering and multiple master's degrees, Michael combines technical expertise with leadership capabilities, having managed diverse teams and complex project interfaces throughout a career that spans over two decades.
