Michael Verhoeven

Michael Verhoeven has extensive experience in procurement and program management within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Purchasing Director Europe at OPmobility since August 2016, Michael leads a team to address the purchasing needs across various European entities. Previous roles include Group Indirect Purchasing Director at Plastic Omnium, where Michael drove indirect spending across multiple divisions, and Global Account & Programs Director, overseeing global sales and program management. Prior to OPmobility, Michael held positions at Faurecia, including CBU Director and Director of Purchasing, focusing on sales, program management, and supplier quality. Michael began his career at Plastal Group AB and Plastal GmbH, specializing in purchasing and logistics. Michael holds a Global Leadership Program degree from IESE Business School and a Diplom Kaufmann from Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, complemented by a Vordiplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Bayreuth.
