Omkar Badave

Omkar Badave is currently serving as the C&B Manager for the South East Asia region at OPmobility since October 2022, covering countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and India. Previously, Omkar held significant HR roles at IAC Group from January 2015 to October 2022, including General Manager HR, Senior Manager HR, and Human Resources Specialist, focusing on areas such as compensation benchmarking, talent management, and employee development. Earlier experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited and Assistant Manager HR at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, alongside initial roles in HR as a Personnel Executive. Omkar holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor of Laws from Savitribai Phule Pune University, an M.P.M in Human Resources from Naralkar Institute, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Department of Management Sciences, Savitribai Phule Pune University.
