Oto Štěpáník is a Mechanical Engineer and CAE Specialist with extensive experience in computational analysis and structural evaluation. Currently serving as a Senior CAE Engineer at OPmobility since 2022, Oto previously worked as a CAE Engineer at Varroc Lighting Systems from 2017 to 2022, focusing on strength and deformation analyses and dynamic simulations. Prior to that, Oto was an R&D FEA Specialist at TES VSETÍN s.r.o. from 2013 to 2017 and had earlier roles as a FEM Calculation Engineer at ČKD Kompresory from 2011 to 2013. Oto holds a Master's degree in Mechanics and Mechatronics and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mechanics, both obtained from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
