Mathew Whyte

Mathew Whyte is a seasoned Senior People and Culture Leader with extensive experience in Human Resources and Workplace Relations across diverse industries. They served as Owner/Operator at First Response Technologies and FBI Cleaning Supplies, and held key HR roles at O-I and JBS Australia Pty Limited, before currently working at Opal Group as HR Manager for Queensland and OSP. Mathew has a proven track record in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and providing leadership coaching, managing a portfolio of over 600 employees. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Human Resources Management at Griffith University.
