Richard Marsh

Richard Marsh is a seasoned senior manufacturing executive currently serving as the General Manager of Workplace Health & Safety at Opal Group. With a focus on exceeding customer expectations, Richard has successfully halved injury rates and integrated multiple business units into Amcor while enhancing safety and delivery performance. Over the years, Richard has held various leadership roles at Amcor, where they implemented Lean metrics and continuous improvement programs across diverse manufacturing sites. Richard is pursuing a degree in Commerce at Edith Cowan University.
