Ed Griffith

Ed Griffith, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned hospitality professional, currently serving as General Manager for the Hutchinson Shores Resort and Spa and The Lucie Resort under Opal Collection. With extensive experience from Marriott International, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and Columbia Sussex, Ed has held various key positions in hotel management since 1987. Ed also engages in community leadership as President of the Entrepreneurship Foundation and the Martin County Hotel Motel Association, while serving as an advisor on the MC Tourist Development Council and as a board director for the Jensen Beach Chamber of Commerce. Ed previously held the role of chairman for the Martin County Convention and Visitors Bureau and president of the Jensen Beach Chamber of Commerce. Ed is pursuing a degree in Criminology at Penn State University.
