Jon Wells

Jon Wells is the Director of Renewable Power at OPAL Fuels, bringing over twenty years of professional management experience in engineering, plant operations, project management, and process improvement. Previously, Jon served in the US Navy, where they held various leadership roles, including Machinery Division Leading Petty Officer and Engineering Department Master Chief, overseeing the operation and maintenance of nuclear propulsion plants and training personnel. Jon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Human Resource Management from The New School and continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to operational excellence and team leadership.
