Our core work builds on Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), a well-evidenced method of empowering community-based groups to analyse local health needs and take ownership by creating and implementing their own solutions. We partner closely with governments and frontline health workers to adapt this approach to local contexts, ensuring it is both scalable and highly cost-effective.
