Opal Mining (Pty) Ltd is a diversified mining company with interests in various commodities, with a particular focus in PGMs and Coal.  Opal Mining is 100% black owned with women, youth and black industrialists forming part of its broad based structure. The company is a new entrant into the mining industry, particularly in the context of government’s Black Industrialist programme whose mandate is to increase the participation of local black industrialists in strategic sectors.
