Mark Ailsworth has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. Mark began their career in 2002 as the Regional Sales Director for AOL Media Networks, Inc. In 2006, they moved on to become the Director of Midwest Sales for Pandora, where they grew sales from $0 to a multi-million dollar annual run rate. Mark then joined Undertone Networks in 2008 as the Director of Midwest Sales, launching the Midwest office and overseeing regional marketing efforts. In 2010, they became Managing Partner of ElevationPlus, Inc., launching the company's consultative services arm for early-stage technology and media companies. In 2011, they joined MaxPoint as the Head of Midwest Sales, launching the Midwest team from zero and doubling team revenue year over year. In 2014, they became Vice President of New Business at Acxiom, leading a team of 7 into enterprise-level sales pursuits. Finally, in 2016, they joined IndigoFuego, Inc. as the Managing Director, working closely with early- to middle-stage technology company founders and senior leaders on revenue planning, partner ecosystem development, and resource acquisition and optimization. In 2022, they joined Opaque Systems as the VP Partnerships, working with leadership to develop and prove out use cases for Opaque technology.

Mark Ailsworth holds a Master's degree in Communication Research & Theory from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in English & History from the University of Virginia. In addition, they have obtained a Sales Enablement Certification from HubSpot Academy in September 2018 and a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in August 2018.
