James Perry

James Perry is the Chief Financial Officer at OPay, with over two decades of experience in the technology sector. They previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Zilingo and held various leadership roles at Citi, including Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific Technology Investment Banking. Throughout their career, James has facilitated the raising of over US$160 billion for tech companies and advised on more than US$100 billion in mergers. They began their career at Citigroup in New York and later contributed to its operations in Singapore, Palo Alto, and Hong Kong. James holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and International Business, as well as French, from Penn State University.
