James Rowe

James Rowe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and sales. As the Director of Operations at Opcare since October 2023, James leads operational strategies. Previously, James served in various key roles at Ability Matters Group, including National Operations Manager and Head of Mobilisation and Integration, from January 2020 to October 2023. Prior experience includes multiple managerial positions at Alere Toxicology Plc from May 2011 to January 2020, and earlier roles at Concateno PLC and Prysmian. James holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth, earned between 2005 and 2009.
