Poonam Amesar

Poonam Amesar has extensive work experience in quality assurance and software testing roles. Poonam is currently working as a Quality Assurance Lead at Opcito Technologies since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Knosys (ASX:KNO) from January 2021 to November 2022. Poonam also held the position of Senior Software Tester at GreenOrbit (formerly Intranet DASHBOARD) and Effective Digital from July 2012 to November 2022.

Before transitioning into the IT industry, Poonam worked as a Quality Analyst at Agile Technosys Pvt. Ltd., where they managed a team and tested various websites, including job portals, social network sites, and e-commerce sites. Poonam also worked as a Software Trainer at Pune from September 2010 to February 2011 and as a Trainee Software Test Engineer at SQTL Integrated Solution Pvt. Ltd from April 2010 to July 2010.

Poonam's early work experience includes a role as a Marketing Officer in the automobile industry, where they were involved in manufacturing connecting rods. Poonam also worked as a CRE and CRM at HEAK AUTO PVT LTD and briefly as a Computer Teacher at St. Patrick Convent High School.

Poonam Amesar completed their B.Sc in Electronics from Bytco College, Nasik, Pune University in 2003. Before that, they completed their High School Certificate (H.S.C) from the same college and university in 2000. Poonam also attended C St. Philomena Convent School, Nasik, Nasik University from 1986 to 1997 to obtain their S.S degree. Additionally, they attended Panchvati College and received a Degree/Diploma in ADCCSSA in 2004.
