Dave Packard

Dave Packard is the current COO at OpConnect and has been working with utilities in developing and implementing EV infrastructure programs for the past 3 years. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Utility Solutions at ChargePoint where they led sales partnership programs with various utility companies. Dave was also instrumental in the development of over $2 billion of utility programs to support the EV Infrastructure market. In their 8 years as President of ClipperCreek, Inc., Dave developed a world-class sales and marketing organization that established ClipperCreek as the leader in the EV Infrastructure marketplace. Dave also managed all marketing collateral and efforts for the company.

Dave Packard attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Dave then attended the university again from 1980 to 1983, earning a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. During their time at the university, they were involved in Rugby.
